I’m a B cup, what size would you recommend?

Here at Naked Curve, we do not do full cup sizes, rather half cups. We’d suggest sizing to your usual band size eg 12 would be a Naked Curve size L.

Are your pieces suitable to wear all day?

If you really wanted to, you could, however they are designed to be seen, then taken (or ripped) off ;)

I’m still on my body confidence journey, what styles would you suggest?

Our babydoll and chemise styles are the best for anyone who is still on their body confidence journey. These styles allow you to feel confident and sexy while still leaving something to the imagination ;)

I’m pregnant but still want to look and feel sexy for my partner, what do you suggest?

You’d look incredible in most of our styles, why? Because well you’re stunning obviously but majority of our styles are adjustable. Look out for sets with adjustable bottoms as well as babydolls with a flowy bodice skirt

Do you have vegan leather available?

We absolutely do. All of our “leather” options are made from vegan friendly PU.

Are your pieces adjustable?

Yes. Well most of them. When finding your perfect piece, just make sure you check out the product descriptions to find out which styles are adjustable and how. All of our styles have adjustable straps with some having adjustable bottoms. 

I have a large bust, what do you suggest?

A lot of our babydolls and bodysuits will be perfect for bust sizes up to a F. For more information abut sizing for your bust, reach out to our customer service team on info@nakedcurve.com

How do I know what size I am?

You can check out our size guide on every product page. We also have extensive measurements of all of our models so you can find the model that is closest to your shape.

Where are your styles made?

All of our pieces are ethically and responsibly  made in China.

What size are your models?

Does this product contain underwire?

Only a select few styles contain underwire. 

Are the leg straps adjustable for thicker thighs?

Yes! As they say, thick thighs save lives and we have our thick girlies covered  with adjustable straps on all of the leg garters ;)

What styles do you recommend for someone wanting to leave lingerie on during intimacy?

Our Babydolls, Chemises, Dresses and most of our bodysuits are perfect to leave on during intimacy. Most of our bodysuits have snap buttons in the crotch for easy…access ;)

What styles would work best for my body shape?

Each and every person is unique in our body shapes, the best bit, we cater for everyone. We shoot on multiple models to showcase many different body types as well as providing their measurements so you can see your shape and size represented. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! On all orders over $100 we offer FREE Standard Shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?

We get it, sometimes you just can’t wait to have your new Naked Curve pieces so we offer Express Shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely do! We ship to most countries around the world. 

Where is Naked Curve HQ?

Naked Curve HQ is on the Gold Coast, Aus. At Naked Curve, we believe in a positive work life balance so our team are mostly remote workers from around Australia - some traveling internationally

Where are your products made?

Our products are ethically and responsibly made in China.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

We offer returns on items within 30 days of receipt. You can read more on our returns policy here 

How long will shipping take?

Depending on where your order is shipping times will depend on how long. For more accurate information regarding shipping times, you are best to check the Auspost website for delivery to your region. We are based on the Gold Coast in Queensland and generally see standard delivery within Australian metro areas anywhere from 3-7 business days after purchase.

My items aren’t quite right, can I exchange them?

We offer returns on items within 30 days of receipt. You can read more on our returns policy here 

I am between sizes, what do I do?

Our general rule is always size up. For example if you mainly wear sizes 14/16, we suggest going with the size XL (16/18).

We strive to make sure we as run true to size as we can. However, there can be occasions where a product is produced in a bigger or smaller make, in which case we would state this in the product description section. 

Also, we appreciate customer feedback! If you find there is a style that doesn't run true to your size, we’d love to hear from you! If you are unsure, ask us first!

Why don’t you have cup sizes?

Most of our styles do not have underwire and those that do work for B-F sizes. Anything without a cup can be worn by cups A-H. We suggest sizing up if you have a bigger bust and vice versa if you have a smaller bust.

Our styles are designed to be worn for short periods, during sexy times and for spicy moments. They are not designed to be worn all day and therefore, do not require as much support. 

Do you do returns?

Yes! Absolutely! We have a 30 day returns policy in the highly unlikely event you receive your item and are not totally in love with it.

Where are you located?

We are proudly an Australian & female owned business. We ship worldwide from Queensland, Australia and do so via fast dispatch and discreet packaging.

What payment options do you have available?

Credit/Debit card, Afterpay, Klarna, Zip, Paypal and Laybuy. The better question is which one don’t we have ;)

Do you sell separates?

Unfortunately we are unable to sell separates due to stock/system limitations. However, a lot of our styles have completely adjustable bottoms and tops. If you would like any fitting advice, please reach out to our customer service team.

Can I use multiple discount codes per order?

Only one discount code may be used per order.

The item I want is sold out or no longer appears?

Make sure you’ve signed up to get notified! On our best selling items we will generally restock these items so if something you love is out of stock, sign up for the notifications to know when it is back. 

However, for some collections these are limited, and therefore stock is also limited and once it is sold out, it will not be returning. We recommend placing your order straight away as soon as your favourite style becomes available.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We’ll email you your tracking number once your order has been sent. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is and how long it’ll take to reach you. 

I haven’t received my store credit yet, have you received my return?

Don’t fret, it can sometimes take a few business days for your refund/store credit to appear in your account once your return has reached our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as the refund/store credit has been added to your account! 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AME), AfterPay, Zip Pay or bank transfer.

Will I get a refund if I return the item?

If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we offer store credit for the item(s) you are returning. In the case of faulty item(s) we offer a refund. You will only receive a store credit/refund if the item meets the acceptable requirements outlined on the Returns & Exchanges Page  

My order is missing an item!

If you haven’t received all your items, it may be that one has shipped separately from one of our warehouses! Don’t worry, it should be with you shortly. If you’re concerned please do not hesitate to get into contact with us at info@nakedcurve.com
